Through his skills in real estate development and finance, Paul handles the company’s acquisitions, entitlements, and financing. Paul previously worked with an office development company out of San Diego and was a partner in the investment banking firm Bridgeport Investments. He is a licensed General Contractor & Real Estate Broker in CA. He earned his MBA from Chapman University.
